If you haven't watched Hetalia, go watch it! Its an anime made to teach kids about WWII from the basic point of the axis powers (Italy, Germany, and Japan). Now as an adult in America you're probably like "Anime does'nt teach kids things! teachers do!" or something like that. Well in Japan i guess it works.
They took the countries of the world and made them human characters so that kids could see how they would interact in a cool way. it gives you a way to connect to each country. Granted its an anime full of stereotypes but how else can you tell what country is witch?
So some people say its bad for kids to learn the stereotypes of countries and that turning them into cartoons that fall in love and adopt each other (making allies, and two countries splitting the middle to make a new country) doesn't help kids see anything but a new cartoon.
Obviously its all up to interpretation and how you learn right? but tell me what you think about it. Did Hetalia help you learn about WWII? It helped me a lot!
